When I first moved back to Toowoomba, one of the first things I did was seek out a hairdresser. ⠀

Having gone from blonde to black to brunette and trying to get back to blonde again, I knew it was important to find a good salon that knew what they were doing and who would look after my hair. Cue Profile Hair Design.

The girls have just been amazing. I LOVE LOVE LOVE going in for my appointments. We start with a chat about how my hair is going, I have a beautiful head massage and a coffee and enjoy the giggles and conversation while being pampered. ⠀

I always walk out feeling a million dollars, super relaxed and like I’ve just caught up with girlfriends. ⠀

So when Vanessa contacted me about her rebrand, I did the biggest happy dance. What an honour to work closely with a business I love so much. ⠀

In our deep dive session, we worked out what the key brand idea was that we really needed to communicate to their clients. Profile’s goal is to be the exception in everything that they do. They always go above and beyond. And this shape was the rough sketch I showed Vanessa as an example of how we could communicate this idea.

I went away and created three concepts (including this one) and still this one stood out as the clear solution. ⠀

It’s simple, it’s professional and it’s inviting. ⠀

We carried the brand through the salon with beautiful touches like the drinks menu and the rounded business cards.

What a glamorous and relaxing place to visit.
