October moodboard: Sun Salutations

Welcome to the mood for October

SUN SALUTATIONS

This month I’m focusing on the word ‘receive’. Sometimes I think energetically I struggle to let love and good in. Maybe it’s a protection barrier. Sometimes it just feels hard. I want to chase things. I want to give in order to receive.

So I’m working with the mantra “I don’t chase, I attract” and I’m leaning back and opening up to let the light in. 

When you soften, when you open. That’s when the light can enter. 

That’s when the good juices flow.

So here’s to the month ahead of focusing on staying in the now and opening up to love, fortune, kindness and lots of juicy delicious things. 

This month my pattern designs will be inspired by suns, juicy lemons, bright yellows and dark greens. I hope you love it!
